Methodology
Our methodology ensures accuracy and transparency in how we collect, process, and present BWF badminton statistics.

Data Processing
Raw match data undergoes several processing steps before publication:
- Validation: Each match record is validated for completeness (scores, player names, dates)
- Normalization: Player names and country codes are standardized to ensure consistent identification
- Aggregation: Individual match data is aggregated into player-level statistics (win rates, averages, rankings)
- Quality check: Automated checks flag statistical anomalies for manual review
